NATON Academy cooperates with China top-level reference hospitals that have great experience and skills in their respective expertise. We invited these experienced lecturers to share standardizations of surgical procedures through workshops, surgical demonstrations, Q&A, and other flexible forms. Also, these short-term trainings are availble for international surgeons who are willing to improve their skills in practical operation. Since we have started this project from 2014, more than 240 surgeons from over 25 countries have attended courses held by NATON Academy.

Global Tutorials
Global Tutorials are devoted to delivering advanced orthopedic implants, instruments as well as surgical techniques worldwide. The top surgeons would go aboard to share their unique surgical techniques in local hospitals and academic conferences that have gained warm welcome. By far, Naton Academy has sent more than 30 top surgeons to over 10 countries to conduct academic exchanges in local orthopedic activities. NATON and many hospitals have established friendships and partnerships through these activities together.

As the top sponsor of the Chinese Orthopedic Association (COA) International Academic Conference, Naton medical group always works on strengthening global academic cooperation.
