On November 24th, the world's top MMA mixed fighting event "UFC Fighting Night" was held at the Wukesong Cadillac Center in Beijing. Beijing DCN Orthopaedic Hospital(hereinafter DCN for short) was invited to provide full medical care for the event, which dispatched a professional medical team to the site as a medical officer to make pre-match weighing and physical examination, provide a green medical treatment channel, and treat the injured athletes in the competition. DCN was well received by the organizers and athletes for their outstanding medical treatment and professional services.

As the world's top fighting event, UFC has its own complete rules and medical care system to ensure the fairness of the match and first-aid treatment of the injured players. Throughout the competition, a total of six Chinese and foreign contestants received case-to-case diagnosis and treatment from DCN. As the competition was very fierce and there were more injured players, DCN had to provide the treatment within limited time. DCN immediately responded by initiating the emergency system, calling up doctors, nurses, radiation personnel, and administrative personnel in place within a few minutes, and carrying out emergency aid in an orderly manner.

As the designated hospital for Winter Sports Center of General Administration of Sport of China and National team of the Chinese Olympic Committee, DCN once again demonstrated the strength in sports support during the UFC event. Through continuous support for various high-end international sports events, DCN’s medical care services will be better improved and better prepared to serve for more high-level international competitions with full confidence.
